Sketchito is a free online platform that provides daily drawing challenges and allows users to create, share, and view digital artwork. The service is operated by Arturo Zamora from México.

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

Users are prohibited from creating, uploading, or sharing content that is:

• Not Safe For Work (NSFW) or sexually explicit
• Hateful, discriminatory, or promotes violence
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Illegal or promotes illegal activities

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines without notice.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the drawings and artwork you create on Sketchito. By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, store, and distribute your content as part of the Service. Content may be stored indefinitely.
